For Your Ceremony

Classic Ceremony Sound System

Includes wireless microphones for your officiant and the groom, All ceremony music on CD and sound system for indoor or outdoor weddings.  Can include power supply for remote location weddings.

Ceremony Sound System for Live Music

Includes the classic system above along with additional channels and microphones for live musicians.  You will want this system if you have additional officiants, scripture readers or live musicians singing or playing instruments such as a string quartet.

Personalized Ceremony Music

Do you want to write and recite your own vows but you are nervous about getting them just right?  I can help.  You write your vows and then record them as many times as you like to get them just right.  I can then edit them down and put them over music if you like.  When it comes vows reciting time during your ceremony we push play while you look into the eyes of the love of your life and everyone hears your perfect vows to each other.

For Your Reception

Personalized Dance Music

The lights dim, your friends and family stand and cheer while you and your spouse make your way to the center of the dance floor, your first dance has begun.  As the applause fades away the music softens and your husband or wife's voice comes over the sound system and tells you how much they love you and can't wait to spend the rest of your lives together.  And that's just one option.  You can also create a surprise first dance where a slow song starts and after just a little bit, the music changes to another song or clips from several songs as you two begin a dance routine either together or with your wedding party that is both fun and memorable for you and your guests.

Your Love Story

Through a written questionnaire and short interview, I will gather the details of your "Love Story."  These stories start with your birth and go through the years of growing up, meeting you spouse, the courtship, engagement story and finally your plans for the future together.  I will write your love story and then tell it at your wedding reception with sentiment, romance, humor and music.  Everyone will know a little bit more about the bride and groom while sharing another special moment during your reception.  I can tell your love story to introduce you into your reception, on to the dance floor for your first dance or even just as a special moment in the evening.

Montage Magic

Photo montages are very popular at wedding receptions.  Many times the bride and groom or a friend or family member will build these montages.  They may be in power point or another program but usually require a computer to show them and can be difficult to get music to play properly with the montage.  Finally, they are often just a string of pictures transitioning one to the next.  Not with Montage Magic.  I use artistry and creativity to make magic with your photos or video snippets.  Moving pictures, vivid backgrounds, panning and zooming to create an exciting and engaging video experience.  All of this with the perfect music and all on DVD for easy viewing anytime without a computer.  Three copies of your Montage Magic DVD are included and additional copies are available.  You are also welcome to make your own copies of these unprotected DVDs as they are all yours.

Video Projector & Screen

Don't gather around that TV or computer to see your montage.  Whether you, a friend or family member make your montage or if you get Montage Magic, I can provide a bright, professional quality projector and necessary support equipment along with setup and teardown to show your photo montage.  You can choose to have your montage shown as a loop as guests are arriving as a feature presentation, perhaps during dinner.

LED Atmosphere Lighting

Using state of the art Light Emitting Diodes (LED's) I can wash your cake table, head table or entire room in your wedding colors.  These cool to the touch, safe, low power drawing (environmentally green) LED fixtures can create just the perfect atmosphere for your romantic wedding decor.  Create pillars of light or focal points in your wedding reception with light.

Dance Floor Monogram

Using either an adhesive monogram or a light projector we can monogram the dance floor, walls or ceiling at your reception to add just an extra touch of personalization and decor.  Together, we can create your custom monogram or wedding logo and turn that into the perfect touch to add to your decorations at your reception.  If you already have a monogram or wedding logo on your save the date cards, invitations or programs we can use that design as well.

Portable Dance Floor

I am happy to offer my portable dance floor that can be set up on any flat level surface for you and all of your guests to dance the night away.  I have a wood grain colored 1 foot square tile dance floor that is available any size.  It may be used in a smaller size to highlight your cake table area or head table or as large as a 30 x 30' floor to have ample space for 250 dancing guests!  We can do some very cool and unique shapes and designs.  Dancing on a deck but don't want to snap a high heel?  Portable Dance Floor!  Wanna share your first dance under the stars? You need this portable dance floor.  It comes with delivery, setup, teardown and removal.  And is also available for to RENT and you can save money by doing the work yourself!
